Rendez-vous with the spring

Yesterday I woke up in pain. My neck was stiff all the way down to my left shoulder, I couldn't turn my head at all and any move simply hurt. So for my disappointment skiing was clearly out of a question.

But instead we girls went for a good walk -and found the spring!
